Nationwide

Please expect delays in many jurisdictions across the country, particularly in areas where clerks need to be involved to verify ID’s, get case details not on the PAT, file orders, etc.  All courts are short staffed, not only due to illness, but also because schools are cancelled and most states are on lockdown.  With increased COVID-19 testing we expect this to get worse before it gets better.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
